Purchases and Refunds Policy (Updated 3/11/22)

Purchases can be made through the Ada County Medical Society website(s) under the following conditions.

  1. If you have made a purchase or charge in error, please contact us about a refund by the end of the same business day to cancel the charge before it is processed. 
  2. If you would like a refund for event registration, please contact us within the time publicized on the event information page. Refunds may not be processed after published deadlines. 
  3. If you would like a refund for an item purchased, please make your request within 30 days of purchase. You must return the unsatisfactory item at your own cost by mail or in-person to Ada County Medical Society 305 W Jefferson Boise ID 83702 to receive a refund. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to material goods purchased through our sites.
  4. Membership dues to societies are generally not tax-deductible. However, you may donate to the ACMS Foundation through this website which is deductible. Some donations have a quid pro quo benefit such as a dinner (such as tickets or event registrations) that would reduce the deductibility. Please consult with your tax accountant regarding the deductibility of any donation or refer to IRS Website.
